Monteagle Inn & Retreat Center is the perfect location for your corporate, non-profit or business retreats and board meetings. We provide a private, comfortable setting and accommodations for a professional and productive meeting for your group. Our 30 years experience in planning and conducting meetings and retreats assures you of a very successful meeting. We anticipate and accommodate your every need and customize the meeting and meals to your requirements. Our professional attentive services assures a private, professional and productive meeting for your group.

Monteagle Inn & Retreat Center has 13 comfortable guest rooms each with their own private full bath plus a two bedroom one bath cottage with full kitchen, dining and living area. We have partnered with a nearby Bed and Breakfast in order to accommodate additional overnight meeting attendees.

Corporate & Church Retreats

The Conference Room is a private and comfortable setting for a meeting of up to 35 people in a classroom style setup and 30 in a corporate style setup. The Conference Room has a high speed DSL connection and wireless for offsite as well as teleconferencing capabilities. A projection screen, video projector, TV, and DVD player, PolyCom Sound Station Conference Call phone system, flipcharts and other meeting materials you may require are available for you use. A handicap accessible bathroom with 3 water closets is adjacent to the conference room and patio.

The Dining Room can be comfortably arranged for a breakfast, lunch, dinner meeting or accommodate a meeting for up to 60 people. The Dining Room has wireless and a high speed DSL connection for offsite input. We provide customizes meals, meeting food and beverage service to serve the most discriminating taste both during the meetings, at mealtime, and evening receptions. We structure the menus around your desires & dietary requirements and offer numerous choices of our house specialties.

The Living Room, garden gazebo, patio and front porch offer comfortable settings for breakout sessions, socializing and informal meetings.

We have business office services including copying and fax services. We also provide wireless DSL coverage throughout the Inn for comfortable work environments during all hours.

The rental of all thirteen of our guest rooms and the conference room for a two-night minimum entitles you to exclusive use of the Inn, including the dining room, living room, courtyard and garden area. A deposit of one night's charge for the thirteen guestrooms and a damage deposit is required to confirm the reservation for the rooms. A check for the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the contracted stay. The host is responsible for all room rentals not paid for by individual guests as well as any theft or damages to the Inn . Any portion of the deposit not used to cover room cost and any other incurred cost, will be refunded at checkout.

A Damage Deposit of $1,000 is due upon booking of the event. The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 1 week of the event, after the property has been reviewed for damages.

Event Cancellation Policy:

If the rooms and meeting are cancelled before 60 days prior to the reserved meeting and stay, the one night room rental deposit is non-refundable.

If the rooms and meeting are cancelled within 30 days of the reserved dates, the entire contracted amount is due in full.
