Family Reunions

Monteagle Inn & Retreat Center offers a beautiful and enjoyable setting for receptions, parties, family reunions and gatherings, class reunions, retreats, business conferences, board meetings and other private events. Your group may have exclusive use of the Inn for your function or event, including the dining room, living room, meeting room, courtyard and garden.

Having the ability to spend quality time together with family and friends at the Inn makes your event even more enjoyable and special. Special memories are made on the mountain at the Monteagle Inn & Retreat Center.

Monteagle Inn and Retreat Center has 13 comfortable guest rooms each with their own private bath and a two bedroom 1 bath cottage with full kitchen, dining and living areas. Our room rates are for double occupancy and include our hot, bountiful mountain gourmet breakfast. We have partnered with a Bed and Breakfast nearby in order to accommodate additional overnight attendees.

The Dining Room can be comfortably arranged for a breakfast, lunch, dinner with our renowned food service to accommodate up to 60 people. The Dining Room has wireless and a high speed DSL connection for offsite input. We provide customized meals, snacks and beverage service to serve the most discriminating taste at mealtime and evening receptions. We structure the menus around your dietary requirements and offer numerous choices of our house specialties for your dining pleasure.

The Living Room, garden gazebo, patio and front porch offer comfortable settings for socializing. We also provide wireless DSL coverage throughout the Inn for comfortable work environments during all hours. The Living room also contans 2 wide screen tv's, a dvd player and a guest computer with a printer.

The rental of all thirteen of our guestrooms for a two-night minimum entitles you to exclusive use of the Inn, including the dining room, living room, courtyard and garden area. A deposit of one night's charge for the thirteen guestrooms and a damage deposit is required to confirm the reservation for the rooms. A check for the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the contracted stay. The host is responsible for all room rentals not paid for by individual guests as well as any theft or damages to the Inn . Any portion of the deposit not used to cover room cost and any other incurred cost, will be refunded at checkout.

A Damage Deposit of $1,000 is due upon booking of the event. The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 1 week of the event, after the property has been reviewed for damages.

Event Cancellation Policy:

If the rooms and meeting are cancelled before 60 days prior to the reserved meeting and stay, the one night room rental deposit is non-refundable.

If the rooms and meeting are cancelled within 30 days of the reserved dates, the entire contracted amount is due in full.
