Greetings from our beautiful Mountain!

We have been able to get some wonderful hikes in during the last week or so. The trees without their leaves allows for a much more intense view of all of the beauty that Nature shares with us. A truly wonderful time to get out and enjoy a one of our treasures.

In July, we will celebrate the completion of the tenth year of owning the inn and want to celebrate in a very special way. We would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on what would be fun for you. After reviewing your suggestions, we will select someone for a complementary stay with us this year. This should be a lot of fun, so please, send us your ideas!

"Escape to our Treasure, Treasure your Escape"

Saturday, February 11th, we will have a Champagne and Chocolate Pairing from 4 until 6pm. After all, it is almost Valentine's so we celebrate with two favorites of lovers.

Saturday, February 25th, we will have a South American Wine Tasting from 4 till 6pm. It may be winter here but it is summer in South America which has gained a lot of fame for their wines in the last few years. Come join us and enjoy some delicious wines and great foods at only $25 per person.

Monteagle Mountain will host its 5th annual Fog Festival the weekend of February 10th, 11th and 12th with lots of fun and interesting things to do including throwing your own pot at Halleluiah Potter or bread making classes at Dutch Maid Bakery, the oldest bakery in Tennessee. There are more activities all over the mountain so come on up and enjoy a special weekend on the mountain. Or just come and relax in front of the fire.
