The Inn's spacious living room and dining rooms provide two elegant options for meetings and private functions.

The living room has four distinct sofa areas and seats approximately 22 people or 50 for a standing reception or party. The large, multi-windowed dining room accommodates seating for 50-70 people depending on the configuration.

The ambiance and space makes a great location for catered corporate retreats, wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions and Sunday brunches.

Our comfortable conference room is located less than 20' from the Inn's main building but provides total privacy and quiet. The well appointed room is equipped with DSL and wireless internet service, telephone, TV, video equipment.

A classroom setting comfortably seats 30 people while an auditorium-style seating accommodates up to 50 people.

The Innkeepers' extensive professional experience in conducting business meetings prepares us to accommodate the individual needs of each group.

A variety of meeting refreshments and customized meal options are available to make your meeting productive and enjoyable.

The garden courtyard creates an intimate location for larger gatherings, wedding receptions and reunions where guests enjoy the wonderful mountain breeze while listening to a small three piece band.

The courtyard can also be tented to accommodate 75-125 guests.

The Inn's side lawn boasts an alee bordered by white crape myrtle trees and fragrant cutting gardens. It provides the perfect setting for tented functions when 125-300 guests are expected.

We have an events coordinator on staff to assist in planning your special event.
