Jon Meacham, Pultizer Prize-winning author and editor of the Newsweek. will address the class of 2010 during ceremonies marking commencement weekend.  A member or Sewanee's class of 1991, Meacham will speak at the Baccalaureate Service to be held Saturday, May 15th, and will receive and Honrary Doctor of Letters.   Meacham arrived at Newsweek as a writer in January 1995, became national affairs editor in June of that year, was named managing editor in November 1998, and was appointed editor of the magazine in October 2006.  He is also the co-anchor of "Need to Know." A national public-affairs program broadcast weekly on PBS.
