The violin and accordion duo Cricket & Snail will be playing at Lorena’s Coffee Shop on Sunday, Nov. 7, during brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lorena’s is located on 922 W. Main St., Monteagle. In addition to playing music, James and Lucie Carlson are composers and arrangers. James Carlson is a University visiting assistant professor of theory and composition.
