
Named for the beautiful & secluded vista near Shake Rag Holler & Saint-Andrews School. Piney Point has a very special place in the hearts of many SAS students & Alumni. This room is also a favorite with SAS alumni with its luxurious queen bed & iron headboard and twin bed with iron head and footboard. This corner room has a view of the front lawn and flower gardens as well as a view of the gorgeous stone Morton Memorial Church across the west lawn. The comfortable twin sleeper sofa comes in handy for families traveling to the mountain. The Italian art adds to the Tuscan feel throughout the Inn.

Named for John Moffat who founded Monteagle & opened the Monteagle Health Resort in 1875. This quiet corner room allows guests to spend quality time together sitting in the pair of chairs, sipping a favorite beverage as they catch up with the things they have been to busy to discuss as they view Morton Memorial Church across the west lawn and vegetable gardens. Or you could step outside onto the viewing balcony which overlooks the patio below and enjoy the night sky. Later, the luxurious linens on the queen bed and ceiling fan beckon you to a peaceful night’s sleep you will long remember. The Italian art may influence your dreams and take you on a fantastic journey before your “mountain gourmet” breakfast in the morning.

Named for the famed 15 mile trail in the nearby South Cumberland Recreation Area. This trail is recognized as the most diverse & beautiful in Tennessee with its terrain, vertical variations & spectacular overlooks. This room enjoys the best view of the patio & park like property beyond from the viewing balcony. The luxurious cherry queen sleigh bed provides a special respite from the real world as you succumb to the luxurious 600 thread count sheets and fall asleep sooner than you planned. Relax in the reclining wingback and remember why you escaped to our mountain in the first place. The writing desk provides the opportunity to prepare the note you have been meaning to write, you will be glad that you did. The park is on the National Historic Registry, a very special place to visit & only 10 minutes from the Inn. The rich, cherry sleigh queen bed provides an escape with comfortable linens and feather pillows to assure that wonderful nights sleep. Use the antique American desk to write a note to someone special and tell them your special thoughts. The bright love seat is the perfect place to curl up with that unfinished book you have been meaning to complete or take one from our library and begin a new adventure.
